The CalAnimals Executive Leadership Program (CAELP) is a critically important initiative to build a pipeline of executives prepared to step into the CEO role. We extend our sincere gratitude to our sponsors Michelson Found Animals, Maddie's Fund, and, Wallis Annenberg PetSpace for so generously making this program possible. With many seasoned leaders retiring, we are looking for individuals who are readying themselves to take on these roles in the near future that could use the knowledge and support of known leaders to help navigate their career path. This program is also open to CEOs/Directors new to their role who wish to improve their leadership skills and ensure their approach will yield the best outcomes.
