The CalAnimals Executive Leadership Program (CAELP) is a critically important initiative to build a pipeline of executives prepared to step into the CEO role. We extend our sincere gratitude to our sponsors Michelson Found Animals, Maddie's Fund, and, Wallis Annenberg PetSpace for so generously making this program possible. With many seasoned leaders retiring, we are looking for individuals who are readying themselves to take on these roles in the near future that could use the knowledge and support of known leaders to help navigate their career path.
This program will connect them with the knowledge and support of known leaders to help them navigate their career path and the roadblocks they may encounter. This program is also open to CEOs/Directors who are new to their role and wish to improve their leadership skills and ensure their approach will yield the best outcomes.
CAELP participants will leave with a strong foundation that will support their personal and professional development with resources, coaching, professional connections, and best practices shared in a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
The 2025 participants will solidify their skills and knowledge for their journey in Animal Welfare Executive Leadership while focusing on the 6 topic areas taught by experts and other industry leaders:
-
