The Primary Account of a member organization is attached to the Director or CEO.
Sub-Accounts are for the staff of Member Organizations.
Your Username should be your work email initially.
Employees will need their own Employee Sub-Accounts and login credentials so they may register for webinars or trainings, and to receive member discounts. They may either pay by credit card at time of registration or send their invoice to the primary account holder.
Multilple registrations on one invoice:
Some agencies require one invoice for multiple attendees. Reach out to Kathy@CalAnimals.org for assistance.
Employees will then receive an Event Registration Promo Code from their manager that they may use at Checkout so they are not charged again.
Sign in to the Member Portal using your work email address. Request a password reset, if needed. A reset will be sent to your email address.

Not employed by a Member Organization?
Learner Profiles are are for anyone who is not a current employee of a Member Agency. They receive Non-Member pricing for trainings and Animal Laws Handbooks. There are no dues and no discounts for Learner Accounts. Most trainings are open to Non-Members but require a Learner Profile.
