The California Animal Welfare Association (CalAnimals) today announced the launch of "It's a Sign," a new public awareness advertising campaign designed to encourage more Californians to adopt pets from animal shelters.

After huge success of inaugural event, more than 150 California animal shelters will offer fee-waived adoptions, most covered by the ASPCA, with the goal to find loving homes for 5,000 pets.
